What are the hourly rates?
You tell us at the beginning what your target hourly rate is. We adjust our search accordingly in the appropriate regions worldwide. The price range, for example for a senior Java developer, ranges from 35 EUR to 55 EUR net per hour.
How does it work with the contracts?
We have a contract with you and we have a contract or permanent employment with the developer. We take care of the developer continuously (weekly calls at the beginning, then every 4 weeks) and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Such intensive support is very important and keeps your back free.
How long does it take until a developer can start?
Overall, we are much faster than you are used to from your previous searches. Within 2-3 weeks—and sometimes even immediately—we propose vetted candidates to you. If it has to go quickly, the developer can often start with up to 20 hours per week immediately after your decision. After 4 to 6 weeks, the developer switches to full-time.
