You tell us at the beginning what your target hourly rate is. Based on this, we search for suitable regions - worldwide. The price range, for example, for a Senior Java developer ranges from 35 EUR to 55 EUR net per hour.
How does it work with the contracts?
We have a contract with you and we have a contract or tenure with the permanent position with the developer. We take care of the developer permanently (weekly calls in the beginning, then every 4 weeks and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Such an intensive support is very important and keeps your back free.
How long does it take for a developer to get started?
